New Orleans: The Bywater Makes Me Act Like a 3-Year-Old

NOLA never disappoints.  

It's been many years since I was able to wander around the Bywater, and I found myself newly socked by the neighborhood.  Walking from block to block, my speech patterns were reduced to those of a Pre-K student: "Oh, the colors! The shapes! Look, look!"  

No American state is like Louisiana, no city in Louisiana like New Orleans, and no neighborhood in New Orleans like the Bywater.
